Upward Flag Football & Cheer is hosted at the Russell Baptist ball fields for all students, ages K5-12th grade. We hold practices every Tuesday and Thursday (practice day will depend on your team) from 6:30p-7:30p. Games are held every Monday night at 6P starting August 25th. Cost for football is $120, Cheer is $100.

We have added an additional evaluation slot, August 12th, from 4-6P to accommodate those who couldn’t make the earlier time slots.
